As it grew in inventory, Terry decided to build a new building adjacent to the major number 11 highway, between the large centers Saskatoon and Regina. A perfect location with double lanes for convenient traveling to and from Alberta, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Regina, Yorkton, and rural Saskatchewan.

His two sons have become an important asset to the dealership, Trevor the manager of the RV and TOYHAULER division, and Trent the manager for parts and service.
