REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR NEW TRAILER PURCHASE
- IMPORTANT retorque wheel nuts 3 times in the first 500km, recheck at 1000km, 1500km, and 2000km. If you are loading your trailer on the way home, or even the first time you load, RECHECK THE TOURQUE on your wheel nuts!

- Check wheel bearing play at 3000km and once a year thereafter.
- Axles with bearing buddies should be greased twice yearly by removing rubber plug on the end of the axle. Axles without nipples should be repacked yearly
- Touch up stone chips on your trailer with a spray bomb to maintain its appearance as required.
- Grease ramp door hinges regularly to keep road salt out.
- Avoid externally mounted spares to avoid theft.
- We recommend the purchase of a spare wheel, as most trailers have unique bolt patterns not readily available. When traveling having a spare eliminates returning to an “empty trailer” as some customers have relayed to us. Remember – automotive tires are not legal
- We urge enclosed trailer customers to install not cuttable padlocks (keyed the same way) on all trailer door. This will discourage the would be thief as they want to get into your trailer quickly, help themselves, and be gone in the least amount of time
